Olivo House represents the ancient Stazzu de La Littighedda. In the past, it was a meeting place and a reference point for the local inhabitants. It housed the school, a tobacco shop, a grocery store, and the local public telephone.

A typical Gallurese Stazzu is now a holiday home in Sardinia! A large four-room apartment of 146 sqm, renovated with great care and equipped with every comfort. Ideal for families and groups of friends. Max 7/8 people. The living area consists of a large room with an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

It consists of three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and independent entrance, ensuring greater privacy. One room can accommodate three single beds, which is very convenient for families. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The bathrooms are made with ‘CeraSarda,’ a typical ceramic, and include a washing machine. The house’s ceilings are constructed with chestnut wood beams, and the thick walls of the past along with the external walls clad in Sardinian granite contribute to the home’s thermal insulation.

The outdoor space features a large garden with olive trees and a vineyard; a granite barbecue area with a sink, an external wooden canopy with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is also covered private parking.

Additionally, all guests of the residence can use the large pool, equipped with a sunbathing area and located at the upper part of the facility. The pool offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside with its beautiful olive and fig trees, and at sunset, it provides a truly magical moment with a sky full of colors and the sea closing the view in the distance. The pool is available to guests all day, with some access rules that will be posted within the facility.

The house offers unlimited Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on all doors and windows, and solar panels.
