Previously, it served as the area for wine and flour milling, and today it has been transformed into a small, carefully restored 35 sqm two-room apartment equipped with all comforts. The living area includes an equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The double bedroom features a large wardrobe and a window overlooking the veranda. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. The house’s ceilings are made with chestnut wood beams, the floor is covered with terracotta tiles, and the thick walls of the past along with the external granite-clad walls contribute to the thermal insulation of the home..
