Originally built in an area once used for stables, today it is a 42 sqm two-room apartment, meticulously restored in every detail and equipped with all comforts. It’s ideal for a couple or a small family.

The living area includes an equipped kitchen, sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The double bedroom features a large wardrobe and a window overlooking the veranda. The bathroom is made with ‘CeraSarda,’ a typical ceramic, and includes a washing machine. The house’s ceilings are made with chestnut wood beams, the floor is covered with terracotta tiles, and the thick historical walls along with the external Sardinian granite cladding contribute to the home’s thermal insulation.
