Elicriso House is an ideal holiday home for those looking to spend a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and just a few kilometers from the sea. Originally built in an area once used for stables, today it is a 66 sqm three-room apartment, meticulously restored in every detail and equipped with all modern comforts. It’s ideal for 4 people.

The living area includes an equipped kitchen, sofa, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The two double bedrooms feature large wardrobes, air conditioning, and spacious windows that overlook the veranda. The bathroom is made with ‘CeraSarda,’ a typical ceramic, and includes a washing machine.

The ceilings are made with chestnut wood beams, the floor is covered with terracotta tiles, and the thick walls of the past along with the external walls clad in Sardinian granite contribute to the home’s thermal insulation.

The house features a large covered veranda with a granite barbecue, table, chairs, and sun loungers. The house also offers unlimited Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on all doors and windows, and solar panels.

Additionally, all guests of the residence can use the large pool, equipped with a sunbathing area and located at the upper part of the facility. The pool offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside with its beautiful olive and fig trees, and at sunset, it provides a truly magical moment with a sky full of colors and the sea closing the view in the distance. The pool is available to guests all day, with some access rules that will be posted within the facility.
